Do you only work with businesses in Cannock?
No — we're based in Cannock but we work with businesses across the whole of the UK. Websites and AI setups don't care about distance, so everything can be done remotely. Being local is simply a bonus if you're nearby: some of our live work is around here, and you can meet us face to face before spending anything.
What does owning the website outright actually mean?
The domain is registered to you, the files are yours and the hosting sits in an account you control. If you ever stop working with us, everything carries on exactly as it is. That's the opposite of pay-monthly website deals, where the site disappears when the payments stop.
We've only got a Facebook page — is that a problem?
