Who we are

Finzo (trading as Finzo Designs) builds websites and sets up the AI Business OS for small businesses. We're based in Cannock, Staffordshire, UK. You can reach us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at 07380 399849.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you type in — your name, business name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message. We use them for one thing: replying to you about your enquiry. We don't sell them, share them with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure (the platform that hosts this website). To protect the form from spam, we also temporarily record a technical identifier based on your network address; that expires automatically within an hour. Basic web hosting logs are handled by Cloudflare under their own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we delete it within 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll sort it — usually within a few days, always within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
